At the time of writing (March 2020) five organisers of events before the end of April have notified us that they have decided to cancel. We do not wish to comment on these decisions apart from saying that we absolutely understand the reasons for doing so.
The advice we have taken as medical providers is completely up-to-date and is taken from highly rated professionals, other medical service providers and government sources.
At the moment, HM Government is not proposing that events are cancelled however they are constantly updating their advice regarding this, and other related topics.
Current, up-to-date advice and information is given at:
If you decide to go ahead with your event, we will do our utmost to assist and advise. Rest assured that we will not be wandering around your event wearing masks. We will, as far as reasonably practicable and with your assistance, provide high levels of hygiene. This will include regular hand-washing.
We will endeavour to keep this page updated as and when the situation changes. Let's hope that measures in place are effective and that the current epidenic is shortlived and that the repercussions are not as bad as some people have predicted.
